I am on the first chapter already being hit with tons of info on amazing benefits of selenium.I started taking this when I read a book on iodine and using that books protocol to detox bromide. After I felt that was a failure I wanted to study every vitamin on the protocol and understand more about everything I was taking to see where I went wrong and to never make the mistake (hopefully) or blindly taking mega doses of anything without trying to first research more into it.
This review isn’t the best I know. I find it exciting and so far worth the money for the book. Main thing I hate about health books is no one cares about the information I read. Even if it would change their life for the better.

As usual, Dr. Sircus has a wonderful way of writing, all backed up with well documented research. I find all his books intelligently written, making it even quite easy to understand even without a medical background.
